We are a law firm based in Hämeenlinna, Riihimäki and Lahti, focused mainly on the legal problems of small and middle sized companies. We specialize in restucturing and bankruptcy proceedings, contracts, claims for damages, labour relations and various issues regarding banking legislation. Our proficiency also extends over the legal issues of private persons, as we deal with all the issues of companies and entrepreneurs including criminal cases in their line of business.

We have a considerable network of co-operators, such as public accountants, bookkeeping agencies, tax experts and various interest groups, as well as professionals of financing and information technology.

All our offices are centrally located, in both Hämeenlinna and Lahti at the market square.

We are able to provide service in both English and Swedish languages.

Our rates are based on an hourly fee, which varies between 160 and 180 €/ hour (+ VAT), contingent upon the nature and difficulty of the issue and both the value and importance of the benefit in case. Our billing is based on effective working hours and our fees are competitive. Our rates and the quality of our service are comparable. We also provide estimates of expected costs.
